Dragonstone Studios provides creative goods, custom designs, and limited-run products. All content on this site — including images, designs, text, and branding — is the property of Dragonstone Studios and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time.
2. Products & Availability
Many of our products are limited-run, handmade, or custom-produced. Because of this:
- Product availability may change without notice
- Items may vary slightly in color, texture, or finish due to materials and craftsmanship
- We reserve the right to discontinue items at any time
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to adjust pricing without prior notice.
Dragonstone Studios is not responsible for pricing errors caused by technical issues. In such cases, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.
4. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- Your billing and shipping information is accurate
- You are authorized to use the payment method provided
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, product availability, or errors in listing.
5. Shipping
We currently ship only within the United States.
Processing times vary depending on whether items are in stock, limited-run, or custom. Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays.
Dragonstone Studios is not responsible for delays once the package is in the carrier’s possession.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- We cannot guarantee changes after an order is placed
- Returned packages may require additional shipping fees
7. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns of unused, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be:
- Unused
- Undamaged
- In original packaging
Custom, personalized, and one-of-a-kind items are non-refundable, except in cases of damage or error on our part.
8. Custom Orders
Custom and personalized items are made specifically for you.
By placing a custom order:
- You agree to the provided design and specifications
- Production timelines may vary
- Cancellations are only possible before production begins
We do not recreate copyrighted or trademarked designs owned by others.
9. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of:
- The item
- The packaging
We will review and determine a replacement or refund.
10. Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, product concepts, and branding are owned by Dragonstone Studios. Purchasing an item does not transfer ownership of design rights.
You may not reproduce or resell our designs.
11. Limitation of Liability
Dragonstone Studios is not liable for:
- Indirect or incidental damages
- Loss caused by shipping carriers
- Misuse of products
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
12. Privacy
Your personal information is used only to process orders and provide customer service. We do not sell customer data.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
