Orders and Shipping

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. Limited-run, handmade, or custom items may require additional processing time.

After dispatch:

  • U.S. orders: typically arrive in 3–7 business days

You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Click “My Account” on the website and select Create Account. You’ll enter your email address and create a password. Having an account allows you to:

  • Track orders
  • Save shipping information
  • View order history
  • Checkout faster in the future

If your order hasn’t shipped, contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number
  • The correct shipping address

Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the shipping address.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships. Use that link to view delivery updates from the carrier.

No. Dragonstone Studios does not store your credit card details. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers using encrypted systems.

Sales tax is applied when required by law based on your shipping location. The exact amount will be shown at checkout before payment.

We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

If all items in your order are ready at the same time, they will usually ship together. However, limited-run or custom items may ship separately depending on production timing.

If your order is split:

  • You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment
  • Packages may arrive on different days

This allows us to ship available items faster instead of delaying your entire order.

If you need to swap an item

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns on unused, non-custom, non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Custom, personalized, one-of-a-kind, and sale items are non-returnable.

If you received an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item received

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if confirmed.

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours and include:

  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will assess the situation and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the correct return address and instructions via email.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
