At Dragonstone Studios, many of our products are limited-run, handmade, or custom-designed. Because of this, our return policy is structured to be fair while protecting the integrity of our work.
Returns
We accept returns on non-custom, non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging
- Free from damage, wear, or alterations
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom-made or commissioned pieces
- Personalized items
- One-of-a-kind or limited-edition items
- Sale or clearance items
These products are made specifically for the purchaser and cannot be resold.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email us with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
We will review and offer a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged or defective. We do not offer general exchanges due to limited stock and one-off items.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment.
Custom and personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:
- Reshipping fees will apply
